We used Manorside Travel for a transfer from Ipswich to Southampton Port and back. From beginning to the end Donna was able to get us booked and informed through every step of the process. She was excellent! I could not say enough about our driver Jason how wonderful he was! What a careful stead driver, on time (actually early) and ever so helpful especially with our mum which is in a wheelchair. They are luck to have him represent their company what a gem he is! Manorside provided us (a senior couple from the US) with a half-day tour of Suffolk that followed our custom route. Jay, our driver, was delightful. I found Manorside Travel online and they are a lucky find. My questions (which were many as this was an overseas visit) were answered promptly and courteously. We were very impressed by our driver, John Walker. He called us prior to picking us up to ensure our location was correct. On the way to Gatwick, he let us know the significance of places we passed by, and patiently answered our questions along the way. Booked a mini coach for returning guests from daughter's wedding. Response to initial enquiry was within 24 hours which compared to other companies was excellent as in most cases I either didn't get a reply or did but was ignored thereafter! Manorside travel were exceptional! The communication was so straight forward, nothing was any trouble no matter how many times I called to ask a question or change any details. Emails were received with regular updates. On returning from our holiday we had an email confirmation, plus a msg from our driver with details of where he would be for pick up. All staff are very polite and very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Terry are driver was fantastic, polite, helpful and with all the children on the coach he just got on with his job. Manorside will beat any other coach company by far on their prices to travel and I would highly recommend the company.
