Firstly the location is very accessible and in a quieter part of the Cardiff city centre. The ambience is very nice and the staff are very welcoming. The service is very quick and catered to our choice. The food is very diverse and will suit all taste palettes. It has a variety of Indian dishes to choose from which can be accompanied by great drinks too. Although it is priced a bit high, you will not mind paying the price due to the food food, ambience and service. Superb restaurant. Restaurant is clean, well lit and welcoming, the menu is extensive and the location is great. What sets this place apart is that the staff are some of the best I've come across, attentive and helpful, suggesting dishes that were equal parts delicious and adventurous and guiding us through the meal in what we might most enjoy. Came here recently with friends, including one with a guide dog. No hesitation in offering food and water for the dog, helping us navigate the menu and choose a wide selection of foods. Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of Google reviews of local options. We found service to be polite and professional. The options available at this Indian were ample. Both our dishes were of good quality, especially for the price- however, one dish did contain some gristle from the meat (chicken). The place is popular so I recommend booking and therefore there was a bit of a wait for food. Overall I too recommend this restaurant if you are nearby (and the Rohan Duck which was very tasty). Visited Sat 17 Mar 2018. Excellent service, friendly staff and quality food. We were made to feel very welcome. Despite it being a busy evening we were not rushed and they even provided popadoms and chutney free whilst we waited for the starters to arrive. This is my favourite Indian in this area. I'm vegetarian so can only comment on the veggie options but these are delicious and the meat eater in my family quite enjoys the meals there as do my two children.
