What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is called 'Let's Melt' which is an indian lamb curry traditionally served with rice.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Currently, I have 3 items on my menu (3 starters and 3 mains).
Eventually I would consider taking suggestions from my customers for their next order and adding it to the menu with their customised name.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to receive feedback from my customers which will help me improve and succeed in the future.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have four years of experience in the food industry catering at stalls, festivals and occasions. I am also currently a caterer at Leicester college where I put myself forward to provide food and service for events. I have studied business management and was Entrepreneur of the Year at the Peter Jones Foundation. This has given me the ability to continue with my business and ensure exceptional customer service. I also hold a Level 3 Hygiene Certificate.
