I was planning a group trip to England and needed a coach company so that I could hire a bus to take everyone around to the various sites. I ran across the Mainline Coaches LTD website and was impressed with it so I inquired about hiring them to tour my group and was immediately responded to. In this day and age, rapid response is not a common occurrence, rather, it is a rare and much appreciated occurrence. In any event, they gave me a figure after I submitted a tentative itinerary and kept to that figure no matter how many changes I made. When the day came, and we arrived in London Heathrow, they were there to pick my group up and we spent the next two weeks being driven to all of our tour sites with a driver who was exceptional and a company that stands behind its quotes and promises. I could not have been happier with the service of the driver and the ability to directly speak with the company manager with all my requests and changes. This company made my tour a resounding success and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing transportation in England. I understand they do hire out in France and other European countries and I fully intend to hire them again. cb More...
