I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions via whatsapp video call with Magdalena. I was working through my fear of slitering creatures where literally even a photo of a snake would distress me tremendously. The first session went well. I needed to adjust audio between chatting and the actual therapy but that was more on my end. I slipped into hypno easily guided by Magdalena and was able to tap into the relevant past life. I found after the therapy both my fear decreased significantly and I did not seem to be attracting slithering creatures as much. One thing I discovered in life is anything I need to overcome keeps showing up until I overcome it. The second session was more of a top up to see where it was showing up in this lifetime. I am grateful I did this as I was able to identify my trigger in this lifetime that I later went back to and discovered it was hugely embellished. This allowed me to gain greater comfort Since then, I have been doing gardening with ease and even able to watch shows with large snakes and just enjoy it without turning away or having nightmares after. I had no experience of past life regression or Hypnotherapy of any kind prior to meeting Magdalena. I was intrigued about the process and was open to discover what insights may be given to me, so kept my mind open. She gently and expertly guided me through three sessions, each with a different focus that we discussed and agreed beforehand. I felt totally safe and supported throughout, in a peaceful lovingly held space. As a complete novice, the time and care taken, before and after our sessions really helped me delve into the things I felt and experienced, that continue to bring me insights months afterwards. With the gifts that Magdalena's sessions have shown and brought to me, I have been able to move through some previously lost memories, emotional blocks that I had no access to until now, as well as experiences that I may yet get more clarity about in future, with her help and guidance.
