Matthew holds both a Chemistry degree and an MBA, has twice been recognised at the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing awards before becoming a judge. With >15 years of experience in leading, coaching and developing Sales teams, Divisions and Organisations Matthew has personally been involved in landing multi-million-pound contracts in complex B2B project markets, devising & executing growth strategies, re-structures and turnarounds. For Multi-national PLC’s, and Private Equity investors.

Matthew now runs a consulting, coaching and training business as a platform for developing others and for sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
His client’s range in size from Micro SMEs (0-9 people) to multi-million-pound turnover businesses and global blue-chip organisations.
By providing a mix of consulting, coaching and support in execution, Matthew offers support to clients with strategy, sales process and building effective commercial organisations and high-performance teams.

As a coach Matthew is adept at helping his clients, challenge their limiting beliefs, view problems from a new perspective. Enabling them up come up with innovative new solutions which they are able to communicate in an impactful and engaging manner. With access to 360 feedback and personality assessment tools Matthew allows clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, those around them and how to manage effective communication, difficult conversations and conflict.


Matthew also delivers accredited Level 3 & Level 5 CMI Management & Leadership qualifications, bespoke leadership, sales & team building programmes/events nationally.
