Mark listened to what we wanted and was open to discussion. He put a lot of thought into our ideas, gave sound advice as to what was feasible and most likely to be approved and came up with a plan. He has been very supportive over our contact with local planning, providing additional information/ drawings as they requested. We had applied for a 2 storey extension in an area where we would set a precedent if permission was granted, so it was with thanks to Marks continued support and persistence over a significant period of time, we had our proposed extension approved, exactly to the plans he advised and submitted. Mark was very accommodating and came out to see us twice to get a real understanding of what we wanted. Our planes were made that much more tricky as we have two areas in the house we are taking down and rebuilding. We were very set in our mind of what we wanted and Mark was able to put that onto paper for us and made suggestions as we went. Our planning application is now in for our projects! More...

From start to finish Mark was great. All the advice needed, he gave and was so helpful. Very approachable and nothing seemed too much bother. Even after his work and fee is completed, Mark stays intersted in the project.
