Where do I start? This lady is AMAZING! I was recommended Lynsey by my sister about 4 years ago when I wanted to get in shape for my wedding. I'm so glad I found her! I hated exercise and really struggled to get the motivation to go to the gym. Within a couple of weeks of her PT sessions I was hooked and I really did shape up for my wedding. Ive recently had children so have restarted my PT sessions with her. My figure is coming back and I have so much more energy. I have been going to Lynsey since January this year. I wanted to lose excess body weight and gain a better shape. I started off with one PT session a week and enjoy it so much I have upped it to two! The sessions are always fun and I’m always surprised when we finish the session as they go so fast. I’m really pleased with the definition I have gained in my back and arms.
