About me and my therapy practice
Hi, welcome to my listing!
I get your struggle, so my mission is simple. Let's work together to find a new you. I have worked in the NHS and for local mental health charities and I offer ethical and safe therapy sessions.
I'm a fully qualified integrative practitioner which means that I have a grounding in person centred therapy, but I can also apply other elements to our work together. This strikes a nice balance between listening and doing in the therapy room. Rest assured though you will always be in control of the session.
I provide a warm, safe space for you to share your concerns and offer a confidential and non judgemental dialogue between us. In session, we may perform some simple mental exercises or generate a creative space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts.
Practice description
I can offer short term or longer term therapy and sessions can be booked for telephone, online or through face to face counselling. I can offer evening and day time sessions and I'm happy to be flexible around your needs.
My rates are £50.00 per session, but I can offer concessions and my student rate is £35.00.
In addition to counselling, I can offer corporate services and deliver bespoke training packages for mental wellbeing, motivation, anxiety etc. Please contact me for rates about this. We can look at your needs and create something that is exactly right for your business.
My first session
The counselling relationship is a very intimate one that is built on trust. For that reason I like to offer a free 20 minute call or zoom appointment prior to appointments so that we can get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit for each other. You can ask any questions or share any concerns.
Once we have established our appointment I can send you a contract that lays out what you can expect from me and what your responsibilities are. Once this has been completed, we are good to go.
