These guys couldn't be more helpful. We had another locksmith company call out to fix our UPVC door and the guy was useless - £70 call out for nothing and I knew he was at it. Removed the door lock and mechanism myself and popped down to Lumsden Security. They had the broken mechanism changed in minutes and made sure it was all working before I left - Plus, it cost less than the call out from the other company. 20 minutes later, it was refitted and all working again.
