Yes i can provide online programming, ideal if you know form and exercises in the gym but need some structure and a program to get you the results.
Personal Training 1-2-1
1-2-1 Personal Training session in a semi private gym in Redhill. Not busy at all and very good facilities.
Football Coaching
1-2-1 or Group sessions in local park / 4g turf, sessions tailored to what you want to achieve and improve with. I come with 2 years experience of 1-2-1 coaching and playing the game for 12 years now.
