What do you love most about your job?
My job is my passion I love helping people maybe because I'm a Virgo. I learn from my students as well as teaching so I feel very rewarded in my work and its great to guide students to achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was travelling the world teaching yoga so I decided to come back to my home town London to share my teachings. So 7 years ago I started teaching in London Yoga Studios, Gyms and Health Clubs.
Why should our clients choose you?
I personalise your yoga or sound healing session to suit your needs and requirements. As I now I mostly only teach privately I love the personalised sessions to give my students the best possible class.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes we can arrange Zoom Sessions online. Once paid for a zoom link will be sent out. They are a good option if in person is not available for any reason.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have kept in line with Government Guidelines. All equipment is cleaned after each use as well as washing hands regularly after touching any doors or using public transport.
Yoga Class
A bespoke yoga class to suit your needs all levels welcome. Starting with a grounding and breathing exercise moving onto the poses and finishing with a relaxation.
Pregnancy yoga class
Prepare your mind and body for birth buy using poses to create space for your baby. As well as breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to calm your mind and body ready to release oxytocin your bodies natural pain killer.
Reiki
Qualified reiki master offering distant reiki healing. 30 minutes or and hour sessions. Energy clearing
