After 25 years of technical and operational delivery and leadership experience I bring more than an excellent coaching capability. I bring real life experience of team management, organisational and operational management, improving effectiveness and employee experience.

Yes. I work via zoom and have successfully delivered 1-1 coaching, group coaching, workshops and training in a remote capacity.
1-1 Coaching
Via Zoom, phone, or when allowed, face to face, I work 1-1 with clients to enable them to build confidence and dismantle self limiting beliefs to enable them to take control of their career success.
Working in 6 or 12 session packages, spanning 6 months we will use a range of techniques and tools to enable you to achieve the outcomes you desire.
Performance & Process Consulting
Working with you and your team, through a series of workshops, we will uncover where tensions and inefficiencies are leading to lower performance. I then can offer a range of workshops and hand on consulting services to enable you and the team to make the transformation needed to achieve your goals.
