What do you love most about your job?
LOWM is a female run logistics business that is all about inclusivity. I LOVE working with our talent team. It's liberating to step out from outdated ideals about the Logistics Industry and to go against the grain!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 7 years working for other people within the industry, I started LOWM with the vision of injecting fresh energy and new ideas into the Logistics Industry. I wanted to create an excellent client experience, paired with a fulfilling and fun place for my staff to work.
