After meeting with five possible partners and considering several others, I chose Adam Vines of Lounge Design.
Adam offers a comprehensive and very professional package of web and traditional media marketing support at very reasonable cost.
He recognised my need for brand and logo development prior to the website development and has developed some great ideas, well presented.

Bridge Worx
2016 is an exciting year for us with the launch of a new product looming, set for the international stage. The only challenge was our branding was outdated and didn't represent the business the way we wanted it to.
From the moment we met with Lounge Design, we were impressed. Not only did they "get" the style of business we were, but understood the challenges we faced in such a niche environment.
After our initial consultation session we were pleased with the concept ideas and swiftly moved forwards with a brand new logo and corporate identity. Our feedback and suggestions were listened to and adjusted immediately taking an iterative approach where we could really see the progress being made.
We are now working flat out to get our new website live and Lounge Design have effectively created the overall branding look and feel, which both myself and the rest of the team are immensely proud of.
Would I recommend Lounge Design? - Absolutely. Would I use them again? I wouldn't hesitate.

What makes a great website?
What makes a great website is good design & photography, great text, easy navigation and a knowledge of the intended audience you are trying to communicate with. If any of these elements are missing then the website won't perform as well as it should do. Lounge Design makes sure all of these are in place before starting any project meaning your return on investment is in safe hands.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Mainly, what is the purpose of the website? Who is your target audience? and what is the end point of the visitors interaction on the site.
Describe your creative process.
The milestones for the project would be: briefing telephone call; research into industry sector; website structure presented and agreed; initial designs sent for approval, website build and testing, website goes live.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Generally, I would speak or ideally meet face-to-face with the client to discuss their needs for the site as every website is different. I would then develop an action plan of what's required from the client before we can proceed.
What do you love most about your job?
I love doing a great job for my clients and I really get a kick out of exceeding their expectations. It can be difficult commissioning new suppliers on the internet especially if they don't have much knowledge on the service that's why I really try to go out of my way to make it a pleasurable experience. The strapline for Lounge Design is Relax. We'll take care of it. - And that's what I really enjoy, providing a great service for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a long time ago now - almost 12 years so difficult to remember the initial spark that made my mind up to start Lounge Design. The thing that keeps me going is no two days are the same and understanding each of my clients business and helping them gain more clients is also a key driver for me.

Firstly, all projects are managed by myself and with over 27 years experience in the design industry, there will be no loss in communication throughout, resulting in a project that delivers results.
Also, Lounge Design always work transparently with all project costs agreed up front plus all work is developed on a stage based system meaning that the creative process is monitored and evaluated at all times.
