Tim (aged 9) is really enjoying yoga after being a bit reluctant to begin with. I'm delighted we stuck with it and he'll definitely be coming back in the New Year!

Cara really enjoyed her Yoga classes, she is disappointed it's over! The big smile on her face in all the photos and videos says it all, and she couldn't wait to tell me all about the fun she had every week :-) Thanks so much Kelly, hopefully she can come back again in the new year :-)

The pregnancy yoga class is great!! I go to the Tuesday night class and really look forward to going each week! I had never done yoga before and find this really beneficial, and very relaxing! Give it a try ladies :-)

I attended the pregnancy yoga class up until I was 39 weeks pregnant it's a brilliant class very relaxing and great at making more room for baby therefore making you feel more comfortable.
