Lorraine was so friendly and easy to open up to, I would recommend her services.
It was my first time having counselling and she made the whole process very easy and less daunting.
It was great that she was able to do home visits as that made it easier to manage my work hours and counselling.
She was easy to contact and also checked in which I found useful and reassuring.
