I didn’t use Gutter pro to carry out works, because they were honest enough to tell me that even if they carried out works it might not rectify problem. Martin is highly professional, I received a response within 15mins of posting the job and he was highly flexible in agreeing a time and date for cleaning the gutters at my rental property.
On arrival, Martin inspected the gutters and advised against having them cleaned due to the fact that they were in good condition with hardly any debris in them (mainly due to the lack of trees in the vicinity). This meant no payment at all for Martin as he doesn’t charge a call out fee which I felt demonstrated his professionalism in a way that is rare to find these days with the opposite often being true where people sell unnecessary services.
I then asked Martin if he could look at the gutters on my home property which he did at the end of his working day and received the same advice.
Whilst no work was ultimately performed by Martin, he was able to give me piece of mind over the condition of my guttering and restored my faith in workmen! I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for someone reliable, honest and professional.
