My back boiler needed replacing with a new combi. Arash came to look at the job the same day I called, talking me through the options clearly and informatively. Delays my end meant that the start date got put back several times, but Arash was never anything less than courteous and professional, answering my questions as needed. When the job was ready to start, he and his colleagues worked flat-out to finish ahead of schedule and on budget.
