Robert reviewed the work and was extremely quick to provide a quotation. He was very polite, worked extremely hard and kept us up todate with the progress.
Robert was able to start work quite quickly. The work was extremely dirty but I am pleased to say the loft has now been transformed.
Robert kept to his original quotation, although I did feel and explained to him at outset, that the cost, in my opinion, was at the high end.
Certainly cannot fault the final result though.

The guys at Loftrite did an amazing job with the boarding and shelving of our loft. Throughout the process they kept us informed of all our options so we could get exactly what we wanted to add the storage space in our loft. The guys went the extra mile with the installation, whilst also keeping our house clean and tidy at the end of the day. We ended up having half the loft boarded, with shelving, and an over-the-hatch ladder. The guys also replaced the horrible plastic loft hatch with a wooden one that now matches all of the other fittings in our upstairs landing. Robert even came back afterwards to replace the standard plastic ladder hook with a smart looking, and more durable metal one. A** would thoroughly recommend these guys. More...

Robert was most helpful and knowledgeable from the initial phone call. No pushy sales pitch or jargon , he put our minds at ease from the offset. Upon arrival Robert was meticulous in his work, he used protective coverings and cleaned every surface before leaving every evening. Within the four days of work Robert removed numerous bags of old loft insulation and dust and has completely transformed the loft. Including the flooring bronze package has also enabled us to safely store items without the worry of damaging the loft. All waste was removed by Robert and on the final day he cleaned and hoovered to a very high standard. We will definitely recommend Robert and Loftrite to our friends and family. Such a pleasure having Robert over the last few days to complete work for me. He has repositioned my loft hatch and replaced with retractable loft ladder and pull down hatch. My landing ceiling light also needed to be repositioned, which Robert organised and then boarded and insulated the eaves in my sons room replacing the small opening with a larger more accessible door. Really impressed with Loft Rite. They suggested new insulation to help with mould issues and it worked right away. Upstairs always felt cold (where the heat was going straight out the roof) but on the first night of the new insulation we could feel the difference immediately. What do you love most about your job?
LoftRite isn’t a new concept to providing loft storage space I’ve been working with the energy efficiency and building industry for over 35 years and I’ve had the joy of building up many good friends/Acquaintances through leaving all my clients happy and satisfied that I’ve managed to achieve and go beyond their requirements and expectations.
I am very passionate about my work and take great pride in the final project details as if I was doing the job on my own house.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Being brought up by my father who taught me from a young age his know how of all the disciples of building works has inspired me to not let the knowledge and skills he passed onto me go to waste. It is with great pride to carry on in the footsteps and family business as my father retires.
