I first used John to change our front door lock - he did a brilliant job and was friendly and professional.
Then last night I found myself locked out of my house (I’d had a new door fitted and the key just wouldn’t turn) with my two small children.
John arrived in super quick time (by which time I’d climbed the fence and got in through the back lol), he looked at the door, diagnosed the problem and promised to come back and fix it once he had the right tool.
Can’t fault him! His number is safely stored in my phone for future emergencies.
