I felt ripped off. I regret so much not to request for a quote first as I always do. This person Nick just came straight removing the locks as if he was just checking the sizes. Too fast first and when he finished he asked me what method I was gonna use to pay him even without telling me how much he charged. He wrote in a piece of paper a bill of £485 I couldn’t believe. I told him to give me an invoice but he said I have to pay first for the invoice to be provided. I told him I’ve got to go home where I live so I can sort out the payment. He put me too much pressure and asked me at least I should pay something small then later I do the rest. I have never been put in such an awkward situation like that before. Very UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON . VERY GREEDY PERSON. CHARGING £75 PER LOCK JUST MADNESS. Locks which cost very cheap less than £20 or even £10. He was to come back to finish the bedroom locks. He never came and communicate slowed down. At last he said that is a new job and he’s gonna charge £150 labour and £300 for locks just Ridiculous . I made a one off mistake and I told him I don’t want his service any more. I cannot recommend anyone to hire this person. I don’t know what to rate someone who takes advantage on customers and put pressure to get paid instantly. There is time scale for a payment a bill to get paid. Hello just to let you know labour was for 5 doors which you never had the key and had to open and replace and as concerning the bill was not on a piece of paper its been sent to you via text/mail as we don't use paper .. As for the remaining job you was quoted for the labour plus parts as you require a fresh fit for 2 new locks which is a long job you've been quoted 150 labour plus 75 per lock as we never ask to pay 300 for the locks ... As you require a service payment has to be done as any company on the market do.. We don't do monthly or weekly instalments Thank you Best &Regards

Needed a locksmith to change my locks due to unprecedented circumstances.
Keysub locksmith was prompt and do the locks in no time fair price too. .
Next time if I find my self in the need of a locksmith will 100% go for keysub
