To make our evening even more enjoyable, Loic and his delightful assistant Theresa were so informative about what we were eating, extremely friendly answering any questions we had and welcomed our grandchildren who insisted on staying up to see what was going on. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask first my clients to know about their preferences. To make my catering business very successful and to be a very good caterer, it is very important for me to come up with modern food ideas in my menus that fit my client’s requirement in the best way possible. You should not forget one important thing that food menu plays a vital role in making any event or party successful.

Meeting my clients and entertain them the best way I can and produce great food for them to remember,
What inspired you to start your own business?
A catering business can be wildly successful, enjoyable and fulfilling. In this business, I am able to please clients while indulging in my love of cooking and making my customers happy at the same time . I have flexibility and freedom. I like what I do and love making sure that clients get exactly what they asked for.
