Lesley is awesome! She has really helped me to change my focus from weight loss to inch loss. I have had 5 PT sessions so far and can really tell that I am getting fitter and stronger. Clothes are looser and I feel great. My problem is nutrition and having someone tell me what I'm doing right and not so right is great motivation to stay on track. She offers good advice and whenever I am struggling I just have to email her and she comes straight back with support! Thank you Lesley!!! More...

I have been doing boxercise for 8 weeks and i love it.lesley is a awesome teacher .she really encourages and pushes you .when i started my fitness was bad but in the 8 weeks i now have a waist for the first time in years,my stamina has improved greatly i can now do a 20 second plank .starjumps etc.which i never could do.if you want a fun filled class,great instructor and excellent atmosphere come along and give it ago.every week i leave clasz im already looking forward to the next one xx More...
