I contacted LKC Locksmiths when I had a problem with my front door lock and they were great. Alex responded really quickly even though it wasn't an emergency. He diagnosed the problem and fitted a new lock within a few hours for a very decent price and was very polite, professional and informative. I LKC to purchase and install CCTV in my home. They were quick to respond to my request, and we’re out 2 days later to do an installation. I have to take my hat off to the guy who fitted my CCTV. The job became exceptionally difficult for him as we had no idea how difficult it would be to drill through the walls of our house. What should have been a simple job ended up taking much longer than expected, but the worker persevered and got the job done to a highly professional standard with an excellent quality of work. I found myself locked out of my house in the evening and having just moved back to the area I had no idea who to call so I used my phone to source a local locksmith. I was put through to an agency so I thought I'd be in for a long wait and rip-off rates. I needn't have worried though, Alec was there inside 15 minutes and immediately put me at my ease with his friendly and professional manner. I knew the job wouldn't be easy as my door is made of an extremely hard wood and the lock would have be drilled. He persevered though and quickly fitted a new lock as strong and neat as the old one and tidied up after himself. I thought my bill was more than reasonable considering the time of night and strength of my door.
