Sam is an experienced and approachable, helpful professional.
I went to her for help with losing weight. Sam helped with a range of techniques, including hypnotherapy, which helped me to focus on getting back on track.
A first consultation, then agreed number of sessions have been really beneficial. Highly recommend Sam.

I went to see Sam at the start of the year to make 2020 the best year ever. Through meditation and reiki she helped me visualise and clear past regrets from the year 2019 and to really focus on what my goals of 2020 are and how to reach them. I loved it. Sam at what's the alternative therapy provides a thoroughly professional service in a nice comfortable environment. I went to Sam for help with my weight as I habitually ate the wrong things. With her help I gained a new perspective on food which helped me make healthier choices, also the exercises I learned helped me in other areas of my life too. I really enjoy helping people reach their goals and feel better. No two days are the same and it's so rewarding seeing people progress.

I started researching natural ways to help someone in my family. We tried getting help from the NHS which didn't really work for us. I started researching into alternatives. I was drawn to hypnotherapy as it is so effective. I found it amazing and so I trained to be a hypnotherapist myself!

I treat clients as individuals, there is "no one size fits all" solution. We are all different and respond in different ways. I've been successfully helping people for 10 years now. I love my job and have had a great deal of success over the last 10 years. I am so happy when people tell me that they feel as though they have turned a corner and have made the changes they want.

I am not woowoo. I have an MSc in workplace health and trained with the NHS as a mindfulness coach (MBCT) so I know this works and there is research to show it!

I offer a completely free, no obligation, (20 minute) initial consultation. You need to feel that I am the right person to help you and feel happy with the way I work.



Working together over 4 weeks my goal is to support you to axe anxiety for good. In doing so we will work towards a strong sense of confidence and feelings of being at ease with yourself so that you are able to function more positively. Specifically, you will receive: • Support to identify triggers including foods, moods and situations to help you regain control over anxiety. • Four tailored sessions of clinical Hypnotherapy to release the triggers of your anxiety and embed a state of being at ease within yourself. • Additional psychological support to calm the mind and remain anxious free.

Using advanced forms of Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy I will deliver a 2-session comprehensive programme. During the session I will support the release of your smoking habit by: • Dissociating the trigger of your smoking habit • Replacing more appropriate responses to cigarette • Delivering direct suggestion to your unconscious mind to help ensure you become and remain a non-smoker

We will work together over 4, 6 or 8 weeks, where I will support you to programme your mind to instantly trigger the control over food and be motivated to ensure your will power is strong. We will discuss what will work for you. What You Will Receive: • Weekly sessions of hypnotherapy and motivational coaching to get your mind motivated and focused • Daily text support as appropriate to ensure your willpower is strong • SOS in person support between sessions via Skype, video or phone call.

We offer a unique method of pain relief, involving removing the old message of pain by Mind Mediation. What Your Will Receive: • 1 session of Rapid Pain Elimination therapy • 1 MP3 to use at home if you should need it
