To get the desired results we need to look at the whole package. I like to go back to basics with the movements and ensure that posture and positioning are correct - this reduces the risk of injury, proper form targets the correct muscle groups and maximises an exercises benefits. Correct technique encourages maximum fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, toning up, strength building, self esteem and confidence building in the minimal amount of time. I wish to train clients to help them reach their goals and realise their own potential.

Using a mixture of body weight, free weights, fixed weights, boxing techniques, functional training exercises my goal is to help you be your best. Whether its training for an event or generally improving your health and well being I will support you every step of the way. Life is a journey and it's important to enjoy the ride. The secret is consistency. Turning dreams into reality is hard work. It takes commitment and effort. Life is busy, but my role is to help you incorporate healthy and sustainable habits into your lifestyle. Little changes do make a big difference. Doing exercises correctly, mixing up cardio sessions with high intensity sessions and looking at your nutrition and changing your mindset will propel you toward your dream body.

I love helping people realise their own potential. It is often one point of view or different way of looking at something that can be the difference between achieving your goals and struggling to get out of the starting blocks. I have been on the struggling side of things, it is tough and it can feel lonely. I was lucky and had the right support around me. I wish to help more people realise their potential and to become a healthier, happier more confident version of themselves. It is very humbling joining clients on their journeys to improved health and every individual is different. There is not a one size fits all formula to getting there, but I love the challenges and the breaking down of barriers along the way. It is incredibly rewarding and satisfying sharing in a clients fitness adventure.

My inspiration came from the incomparably satisfying feeling of helping others realise their goals. I have been in a rut, I have had low energy levels, been overweight. And my biggest secret, I am not a natural gym goer. But I love it. I love this. I love the feeling of smashing goals, becoming stronger, healthier and happier. I started my own business to create the perfect platform to helping others feel this way too. In a safe, judgement free, friendly private gym, I am ready to support you to become your best version of you.

I run a small personal training business in order to do just that, make it personal. Each client is unique, has their own story, history and relationship with fitness and exercise. I will tailor a program personally to you to incorporate your lifestyle, family, work and social commitments. I have been in your shoes and know how best to help you realise your potential and goals. It won't always be easy but it will be worth it.

Services

One hour personal training session in a private gym. One to one training session. Designed to put you through your paces, we recommend a minimum of 5 sessions in order to feel a difference.

A one hour personal training session for two individuals. Situated in a private gym setting. Workout with your partner, friend or family member. Training together can encourage healthy competition and commitment to an exercise program. Two clients versus one personal trainer - let's do this!

Group of 3 working on working out and improving their fitness together. Friends and family supporting and encouraging each other. Individual goals will be incorporated into a group workout session. Please note an initial consultation will need to be booked prior to commencing, this can be added on to make the first session 1.5 hours.
