A close family of mine had lost someone so close to them unexpectedly and the staff was amazing by sorting me out with a bouquet of flower at such last minute on sunday and delivered on the same day! I live miles away in Lincolnshire and I rang this florist at 12.30pm on Mothers Day. I asked for mother’s day flowers (Lilly’s) at such late notice and didn’t think I’d be able to get flowers to my mum in time. The driver had already come back from the last delivery of the day but luckily was agreeable to go out for one final drop. I was told the price of the Lilly’s and I couldn’t afford many but the wonderful florist had put a few extra in and it made a beautiful bouquet! Me and my family, have always used lisa's for all different occasions.When we discussed my mums funeral flowers, they were so helpfull and with the little extras added, the flowers that were made was stunning and i cant thank you enough, for making a very upsetting day, feel that little bit more bearable with the beautiful flowers that were displayed.Thank you.

Excellent service! I looked at a few other florists to compare prices and Lisa's came up top with beautiful flowers. I bought a large bouquet for a friends Birthday and the flowers lasted over a week. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Service!!From the beginning to the end of the process with the Ladies at Lisa's Florist, I was impressed.I called late afternoon on Tuesday 13th February in need of a wreath for Thursday 15th. I had called numerous florists and they more or less laughed me off of the phone because Wednesday was Valentines and they could not accommodate my request. I was feeling quite disappointed, firstly that i hadn't called earlier and secondly at the way in which the other florist's had treated me. HOWEVER... I called Lisa's expecting the same response... I was wrong! I explained my needs and the only question they needed to know was what time on Wednesday I needed it for. I was so shocked that they squeezed me in without hesitation, knowing that Valentines day was a major day in floristry business. Collecting payment was smooth, and they liaised with me the following day to let me know my wreath was ready for collection. In addition, they were extremely courteous the entire time. It is a huge privilege to be able to help people express their feelings at all the big events in life - from welcoming a new baby or celebration birthdays, decorating a wedding or congratulating an achievement, to sending get well wishes or saying goodbye at a funeral. Flowers do an incredible job of helping us to express our feelings when words can not be found, helping to aid the grieving process, and perhaps be present when we can't be there in person.

We can also take gift and funeral orders via our website, yes. Initial enquires can also be discussed over email, although we advise ordering in person in one of our shops or on the telephone for the best service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a protective screen above the service counter, and have hand sanitiser available throughout the store. We are following government guidelines, keeping our distance, and although we are not always wearing a face-covering, we have them to hand should a customer ask us to.

We enjoy meeting prospective couples to discuss what you are looking for, guiding you through the process of flower and arrangement types and how to best utilise your budget. Funeral Flowers
Funeral flowers can help you express your love in loss, and aid the grieving process when words can't be found. We cover a wide range of funeral tributes, from traditional to bespoke. We have a varied portfolio, and can also create special pieces for that added personal touch. Visit us at 295 Whitehorse Road where we can guide you through the process of ordering flowers.
Bouquets/ Floral Arrangements for All Occasions
We make floral arrangements for all occasions - birthdays, a special anniversary, a newborn baby, a thank you, a get well soon or to let somebody know you are thinking of them. We deliver to local addresses and businesses in the area for an additional £5, or orders can be collected from either of our two shops.
Balloons, Greeting Cards & Gifts
At our Shirley shop (215 Wickham Road, CR08TG) we sell a large range of cards, gifts and helium balloons for all occasions. Our range is regularly updated so you may find something different each time you visit us!
