We first encountered Linear London and more importantly, Francis Adesina and his team, at the end of a long day, visiting many other similar showrooms.
From that day to this day, our experience has been absolutely brilliant.
In a fast moving modern World, where we are forced to speak to machines and order online, it was refreshing to deal with someone like Francis who always picked up his phone and made time to discuss ideas as the project evolved. He cared for and respected our property as if it were his own, whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism throughout the job. Priceless!
"Linear" provided guidance and visionary ideas throughout the bathroom, utility and kitchen design phases, providing excellent conceptual drawings and solutions for the spaces in question, and were always willing to offer solutions for other sub-contractors working in the same space. Furthermore, they worked diligently throughout the project to deliver quality, modern products which represented good value for money!!
"Linear" were such good value for money and such a joy to work with, that we decided to use the team for all our cabinetry needs in the house, and learnt very quickly that they were equally skilled in adapting to design for all our needs.
So, in the final analysis, would we use "Linear London" & Francis for our future projects? "Absolutely, in a heartbeat!!!!".

After a severe water damage, we had to remove all kitchen units , store them away for a few months and fix them back again. I was first very worried that my kitchen would be seriously damaged in the process but thanks to the quality of the kitchen itself and the care taken by the team who dismantled and refitted the units, we had no problem at all. I will tell you our experience with this "great" company - LINEAR LONDON. We worked for them and they reffused to pay.
The reason? - Customers doesn't want to pay them for the quality, they order one color and from their factory came another one, different sizes etc. We worked for them just installation, we did their showroom from our pockets when we finish they said is no money to pay us becouse their sales drop down. We said ok, let's see more jobs and maybe easy they will pay. Another job came, I payd my team again from my pocket for a big job and at the end they don't answer to us anymore. As you can see on google aswell lots of reviews about their company, about quality and what customers are saying. We worked a lot for them and we payd so much money for their job and they don't want to pay. We've payd our team thousands pounds.
BIG SHAME ON YOU, BIG SHAME LINEAR LONDON!
I wouldn't recommend to anyone! I wouldn't recommend to customers and anyone who want to work for them.

Disorganised does not cover how messy they are to work with. You buy a relatively expensive kitchen like Nolte and you expect pretty good service yet you spend hours dealing with their chaotic way of managing a project even if they clearly are passionate about kitchens. They don't get back to you when promised so you spend hours chasing and their communication caused several expensive misunderstandings in our case....it is like you need a project manager just to manage them and to listen to their excuses. Clearly we were not perfect ourselves, but this is the 3rd kitchen we have bought in 3 years and without comparison the worst experience. Nolte seems like a great kitchen, but stay clear of Linear unless you have bucket loads of patience and time on your hand. More...

Linear Kitchens are a gem that I found in South London. They have a very extensive range of beautiful tiles that I simply could not find anywhere else. When I visited their showroom they were very helpful and gave good advice on tile colour and options. Would highly recommend for kitchen and tile supplier for their customer service alone. We had a lot of hassle with this company during the process of our kitchen fitting. I would not fault the artistic flair of their kitchen desigenr however they fall short on in-depth knowledge of their products and appliances. Perfectly pleasant to deal with until something goes wrong and then they refuse to accept any responsibility and you are on your own. Have just had to replace our Miele hob after only 2 years of use due to recurrent overheating caused by the Miele oven below being incorrectly installed without adequate ventilation. When we contacted Linear to notify them of this and asked them to arrange for it to be corrected (a relatively small cabinetry job) they had the audacity to tell us we would would have to pay for any work done! Very disappointing experience and very short-sighted, as I have subsequently not felt able to recommend them to any of the many friends and neighbours undergoing kitchen renovations in this area. Came all the way here at 11 on Sat morning only to find they were not open even though their website says they are. No answer to phone call. They were meant to be open till 12:30 (seems a bit early to close on a sat to me, especially given not open Sunday or late any day of the week.) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They are local to us and we thought their showroom was impressive so engaged them to design and renovate our bathroom. The service at the time was terrible, we always had to chase them for everything. Now our bathroom is having many issues because despite us paying high prices, we now know the works were done on the cheap and the walls behind the tiles are sodden so the tiles have cracked. We hired someone independent to investigate who claims the works were not done in accordance with building requirements. We have tried numerous times by phone and email to request documents from Francis that we should have been provided with at the time of the works but never were which should detail guarantees etc and asked for a response in relation the breach of regulations. This company, lead by Franics is unprofessional and unresponsive. We gave them many chances but we have been totally fobbed off and ignored so unfortunately it is has lead to this extremely negative review. More...

Dear Evans Family, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. We spoke via phone and email and we answered all your questions. Our fitting works are indeed guaranteed for one year, as is standard to the industry. You signed off on your bathroom on the 20th September 2014, with everything approved by you at that point. On the rare occasions that problems occur we take responsibility for any faults on our part, as we wish all our clients to be satisfied with our services, but here, there are other factors involved which we can not control. Let us repeat, that while we note the alternative advice you've received, our experience tells us there could be any number of reasons for your cracked tile. Given the project is over two and a half years on from completion we cannot accept any responsibility. We understand it must be frustrating to you, as it is to us as well, especially since we provided you with excellent products, good service adjusting to your needs and schedules (for other trades booked in at the same time) and gave you great discounts, to help your budgets. In fact it would have been ideal to call us at the time of the problem, but since you chose to go elsewhere, and we have not even had the chance ourselves to provide any feedback, unfortunately, we cannot simply take on problems that may not be related to our service. What do you love most about your job?
In general most people renovate their homes to enhance their lifestyle. We love the process of showing our customers how to get the best out of their ideas and budgets. Satisfied and happy customers is the goal. We'd like to think we add the sparkle...one space at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of transforming spaces.
After redundancy from a different (and quite stressful) profession (nearly 20 years ago) and having just moved into a new home and while on break, I undertook some forced DIY. However, I enjoyed the process, learning a lot of new skills, enjoying the results, gaining praise from friends and family, I decided to turn my passion into my next career. After working for the 'Big Boys' in the industry I realised I wanted to do more than sell boxes off shelves, and push people into finance deals, so eventually, and after several years in a smaller family owned business (being mentored by an amazing ex builder), I decided to go the whole way. I've never regretted that, as I can now work creatively and closely with my own clients, and I enjoy seeing customers happy and satisfied with the end results.

These days, with technology so advanced, and following the recent Pandemic, much of the service is online, with presentations on Zoom, Skype, Teams (and others). Samples can be approved within your home as we deliver and discuss the samples at your premises, also giving a good feel of how things could look.

Online service has increased. Customers can view in their own home. Observance of general good social hygiene protocols remains high.
