How long have you been in business?
Lilium Homes Ltd is in its 5th year of trading. However I have experience working in property development for over 15 years
What guarantee does your work come with?
depends on the work, for example floor fitting, plumbing, electrics would all come with standard guarantees. We always strive to get it right first time, but if we didn't we would do our utmost to out it right
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with different clients and seeing their homes develop into spaces that they can really use, love and live in.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been developing properties on a part-time basis for many years. After many years of working with the same team of trades on different projects, I was confident that I could make the business work. I had gained a huge amount of practical knowledge and I had my own people management and analytical experience to bring to a business and make it strong. After my 3rd child was born I no longer wanted to travel up and down to London anymore, so I took the plunge and started my own business. I have never looked back and I have a great team of trades and a great number of very happy clients behind me...that keeps me going.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am very efficient, organised and understand the needs of busy people. My job is to make property projects as stressless as possible for the client. We have a whole team from architects and engineers to painters and decorators...who don't ever let us down

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we have not placed trades in confided over crowded sites. We are also led by the needs of our clients and our trades and if an individual is vulnerable or feels uncomfortable in a specific environment then we would take all necessary steps to make changes where neeeded
