What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and helping customers by finding a solution to their needs and problems via a prompt and professional service which includes ensuring the system works first time, it is delivered and installed on time and always meets the agreed budget.
In other words I love trying to exceed customer expectations and providing a better service than my competitors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 16 my dream of being a professional footballer was ended by the club I was at, after I got over the upset and the end of my dream I realised that in the future I wanted to be in control of my own destiny but working with people of a similar attitude, outlook and approach so we can become a great team, achieve real success and always have the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Running my own business was the only way I could do this so at the age of 38 I bought my first business after working at that company for 3 years.

We have won three awards for being the best fire alarm company in the industry over the last two years.
We genuinely care about our customers and some have been with us for over 10 years - we can provide many references if you wish to see them.
Our engineers, unlike at some companies, are not paid any commission so they do not quote for work which isn't required by British Standards.
