I had an hour massage session today with Chloe...she was friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease. I had work mainly on my back, arms and neck but also had some leg stretches. Since having this treatment, I have noticed my lower back doesn’t seem to be aching as much as usual (when bending down and lifting up the little ones), my shoulders also feel more relaxed. I had been feeling really fatigued recently, not able to perform to my usual standard during runs and weight training. I couldn't work out why my body felt so tired, someone at the gym suggested trying a sports massage so after a bit of investigating I booked in with Chloe at Life Fit. Oh my goodness! The difference! After the first massage, my body felt so rejuvenated and the spring was back in my step. I have had a couple more since then and if I continue to train with the regularity that I do today then I'll add a regular sports massage in to my training programme. I have had three Thai massages from Cloe and I would highly recommend her. It’s been a new experience for me and having suffered many aces and pains working as a gardener I can say it’s worked wonders for myself and my quality of life. I feel much more flexible and have had much quicker recoveries from any strains caused in my job. I’m also fairly active outside of my job being a keen rower and walker, I feel much more able to do sports and leisure activities without worrying how it will impact on my job.
