I can’t thank Liberty Locksmiths enough, I called mid week in dire straits having been left in the lurch by 2 nationwide ‘providers’ who both promised me that they’d be around ASAP, and waited 45 minutes each before telling me they couldn’t send anyone round. My learning from this is to always support local businesses! I genuinely can’t praise the service enough, we were in within minutes and I’m so grateful he made the effort to do a home visit when others wouldn’t. Called Denise just after 9am as couldn’t get back door opened, handle was just spinning!!!! He was just in a call and said he’d be with us approx 10. 30am. Called Liberty Locksmiths at 17:20 on a Saturday, spoke with Dennis who arrived at my property in Queens Park within 20 mins of my enquiry. He managed to fix the issues with my latch without the need of drilling or hammering through my door. He had some very nifty tech to allow him to resolve my situation from the outside using my letterbox. No mess, no hassles and fair & upfront with his fee.
