The fear you helped me overcome had been damaging my life for years.
I couldn't go on holidays. I couldn't be relaxed when I was playing with my daughters. It could even effect me when I was walking my dog.

I'm so glad to say we've just come back from holiday, and I enjoyed every single minute of it - sitting and walking on the sandy beaches, we even went snorkling and looking at the fish - I was completely relaxed and calm - it was absolute heaven!

I'd tried to give up smoking for 9 years.
I'd used patches, gum, drugs from the doctor, and trying to quit with just my willpower, but nothing ever worked for longer than a month or two (usually much less! ), and I was still always craving and thinking about smoking anyway.

A couple of hours with Lewis and I've not even thought about a cigarette in over 14 months.

Hi Lewis, just wanted to say a humongous thankyou for kickstarting my new healthier lifestyle through your hypnosis sessions.

I had my first wedding dress fitting on Tuesday, and for the first time since buying it 18 months ago IT FITS.  It zipped right up and you can't begin to imagine how thrilled I am.
