What do you love most about your job?
Helping people find their new homes, if its a tenant looking for a property or landlord looking at making a investment in to properties we are the best company to call.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am current a landlord so have first hand experience at property management and the difficulties that landlords come across. We use our experience to help landlords achieve their objectives both personal and financial.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a family owned business that are very hands on in our approach to help both tenants and landlords. We are growing our portfolio of properties at more then 10 each month, which is mainly generated through word of mouth and recommendations from current landlords. This shows we are offering a great service at competitive prices. We are recommended by both the local council and other public services such has the NHS on our service and how we always go the extra mile to help secure both tenants or find a properties for tenants we have on our waiting list.
Maintenance & Refurbisments
For refurbishments or major works, Letting Complete can spread the costs over an agreed period to help you improve your cash flow. A deposit will be required and then we can then spread the costs over the coming months once you have a tenant in the property. We will use our skilled trades people and contractors so we know everything will be completed within an agreed time scale and meet regulations.
