This company are fantastic to work with. You're made comfortable from The moment you book. Everything is easy to find and instructions are clear to follow. Apartment in Leeds was perfect. Would have comfortably slept another 2 as the max capacity suggests. We used it for just the weekend and were not disappointed....it even had a mini bar! Never heard the neighbours. Property I moved into was in a good condition and as advertised.
Once moved in agent was helpful and responded quickly. A few issues came up and all were normal household issues, called office and submitted via their high tech online issue reporting system and they were dealt with on the same day (except once where a part needed ordering).
Housemate and I have now been here a good few months. It's nice to know that I don't have to worry about issues that crop up. I get inspections (very much aimed at making sure I'm doing okay) that feel calm and unstressful and nicely spaced out.
Best letting agent I've ever had. Friendly, understanding and honest.

I've been with this agency over two years now an can honestly say in my 15years plus of private rental experience, I have never had the pleasure of a landlord/agency like this. The staff are promt in dealing with your request, an very polite and helpful. Any repairs have been delt with in very fast an satisfactory manor an to a high standard. What a fantastic property letting company, from the first contact to the on going service, everything has been fantastic. I was apprehensive about letting my property out and heard all sorts of horror stories but Ste and Amy found me some lovely tenants in a matter of weeks, they also secured me rent much higher than i first thought . What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide a fair and honest professional service to others without compromising on quality and care. I thrive and rely on referrals from other landlords and do not spend on advertising and marketing costs. This enables us to keep our costs low but at the same time ensures customer service and care is the best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a former renter myself, I was disgusted at the amount of fees charged by letting agents to both tenants and landlords. I started my business with the sole purpose of proving that fees for Landlords and Tenants are unnecessary and unethical. I started the business at home with a desk, a mobile phone and a laptop, I now have 8 staff with offices a portfolio of over 190 properties that I manage. All without charging landlords or tenants fees and charges. My business is thriving on just charging the small management fee and is proof that all other fees and costs are unnecessary.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are the only ethical Letting Agent in Yorkshire and we abide to our strict code of ethics that can be seen on our website. We do not charge any fees to Landlords or Tenants. That's no sign up fees, not bond deposit fees, no tenancy finding fees, no admin fees, no renewal fees.
In fact I have heard of many more made up fees that letting agents charge but just to clarify, we don't charge any.
