I came to LegalSpark law to help me specifically with a disability in the workplace employment case, the team along with the help of Disability Law has helped me initially with guidance on my Employment Tribunal I raised myself through ACAS, this is a daunting process me against one of the largest hotel chains I was employed with. Help is available in Scotland to fight for your rights in the workplace in my case and I trust what ever the outcome I have been supported through this and I know I have an amazing team of lawyers behind me. I know I would not be in the position I am today to have my say and be heard due to the complicated process of taking a company to tribunal , but my case was reviewed by LegalSparks they even had access to get outside opinion, I trust I am in amazing hands and have the full confidence everything will be covered and I’m not alone in this process.
