Lloyd has been my PT for the past few years and every single session has been well worth it - Hence the 5star rating.

From his motivational tactics to pushing you outside your comfort zone and getting the best out of you, there really isn’t another PT that I would personally use.

I’ve been able to gain so much strength and confidence with trying a wide range of workouts/exercises - something I didn’t have before.

Lloyd is the best trainer I’ve had. He truly understands the science and technique behind every exercise and he will guide you through each movement so that you also understand: how to do it, why you are doing it and what the end goal is. Ultimately giving you the confidence you need to do those exercises when left on your own accord. What a like about Lloyd is that he listens to me in regards to the areas of my body that I'm really trying to focus on. He's also explained that a strong core is also needed for strengthening,toning,building muscle and reducing body fat.
Incorporating this into a longterm regime with a nutriential/healthy food,Lloyd has explained the importance of this too.
As a busy working Mum,Lloyd has also created a quick fun workout that ive been doing at home most days,the kids have been joining in too 😃.
For me this has been an absolute blessing physically and mentally in these difficult times that we are all facing.

Being out the gym for a few years after a operation it was nice to get back to a decent workout. Bet personal trainer I’ve had to date and instantly rebooked a bundle of sessions. Leanliving not only made me feel like A new man but made me want to both pursue and achieve the body I know I can get. Along with diet suggestions for healthy snacks and plans the session will be the first of my journey back to my old self.


To conclude..... friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable. Would recommend highly, i wouldn’t waste my time and/or money anywhere else.

I have had a few personal trainers and Lloyd has been the best so far! He is flexible and very knowledgeable. He is extremely good at recognising you weakness and strengths and builds on them! I always look forward to our sessions because he can push you to limits you were never knew you were capable of! Very encouraging during our sessions! Highly recommend!! More...

I’ve known Lloyd since he joined My gym and from the get-go he bought a new vibe to the classes and the environment. Very quickly I discovered from his professional approach and knowledge that I would benefit from using him as my PT. I started working out with Lloyd after my pregnancy. 3 months in and he helped me to lose 75% of the weight I gained while being pregnant. Working our with him is always fun and after each session I have a sense of a great achievement. He pushes me to my limits and exercises he chooses for me are specific to my needs. He also offers nutrition and dietary advice. I highly recommend Lloyd as a PT. As a injured veterans Lloyd to his time to work out my needs and help me. He help me achieve so much eg I did the Invictus games and got 4 medals but mentally got me ready as well. I am now getting ready to up my level to the Paralympic and would use him again to help me for that I have had many gym PT in my 16 years in the army and he’s the best I every had I would recommend to any one to use him.
