Worst online retail experience I can recall. Purchased an Optoma projector, realised it didn't fit and returned it shortly after, using a return code that they had provided, spending over £100 to use a courier with tracking and insurance. I was never repaid the £2,419, and my many emails were entirely ignored thereafter. They have my money, the projector to sell again and zero customer service that I can see (especially when you compare the terms with other retailers in their space). More...

Needed to buy a new TV in time for xmas and ordered and paid for it on 3 different sites - all 3 listed the item as in stock yet after making payment, I was notified that the item was in fact on back-order, meaning I had to cancel. The final cancellation took a few days which left things very tight for receiving by xmas, but luckily I found LE Concepts - their price was the same as the other companies but unlike the others, when they say they have stock, they actually do!! My old LG oled TV screen had a problem literally just after the warranty ran out. I did a lot of online research to see who did the best oled TV and Panasonic were getting loads of good reviews. I popped into the shop to see the one I had my eye on and got a demo of the TV. They showed me certain settings that were on by default that didn't need to be on and this would help with image quality. You don't tend to get that depth of knowledge or help at certain other nationwide stores.In the end I bought a slightly cheaper version of the same TV as it had the exact same oled panel minus the attached sound bar.Delivery was the same day and this included setting up the TV for me. This was all part of the price I paid, not an extra, take note nationwide store. Delivery guy was just as knowledgeable as the person in the shop and I'll gladly use them again for any future TV purchases.Can't recommend them enough, knowledge, price and service are superb. Having had my last Samsung for 5years the backlight failed and I had to replace the Tv. I used Leading Edge Concepts as they were recommended by Dumelm Tv Repairs ( Bill). I have had my new Panasonic Tv for a couple of weeks and it is great. I had a few issues with tuning and attaching different machines like sound bar and blue ray but upon calling into or ringing LE Concepts they were fantastic at sorting out my problem with minutes and always with a very happy and professional manner.
