I thoroughly enjoyed my time being mentored by Nick Howes. I got so much more from my 2 year course than I ever would have expected. Always professional, honest and compassionate. His calming demeanor and his openness puts you completely at ease and allows you to be open and honest in return. He is naturally upbeat and I found this to be very motivational. He has the ability to draw out of you, and have you consider solutions from a different angle in a non-intrusive way. He is an absolute expert in his area and he had taken the time to understand my organisation, our values and culture in advance. No opinion was ever considered wrong, each was considered. I was working for an organisation running a leadership internship programme when I came across LMI. The methodology so impressed me that I enroled myself on one of their programmes and this changed my life!
