Fully managed let
With our fully managed service we will arrange professional photographs / floorplan and market on all major platforms, Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, and social media. Your property is marketed with a Premium Listing, giving is greater exposure and visibility to potential tenants. Once we have secured you a tenant, we will do all references on your tenants and draw up all legal documents and prepare an inventory using PIMS Ltd, a local award-winning inventory provider. Once moved in, you will have a dedicated property manager and we will collect / remit the rent to you. We will also carry out inspections, the first being after 3 months and then one every 6 months after that.
