We both work shifts and she has been extremely accommodating, working around us and our shift pattern, which changes weekly. Rachel is so reliable and fantastic with our puppy. Puppy is very energetic and over excitable, but Rachel takes this in her stride and has helped us get a handle on her craziness! We feel so comfortable and relaxed leaving puppy for work knowing that Rachel will be here to give her her walk and lots of attention. She sends us regular photo and video updates so that we can see what puppy gets up to on her walks too. Rachel is great and so reliable. Our little puppy Shelby was too young to go out for walks but Rachel came and entertained him during the day when we unexpectedly had to be away from home.
