If my clients need advice on plants, planting or any work needed, we use mobiles and the internet to communicate our needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before I meet clients I always use good communication to understand the needs of my clients. This enables us to keep face to face interaction to an absolute minimum. When I do arrive at my clients homes I am wearing a mask, gloves, and I always keep to the 2 metre distance required.
