They have really good equipment and clean changing rooms! AC works all the time. Definetly recommend!

New to the gym scene (well, since my twenties anyway...and I think it's like sex... 7 year absence basically makes you a gym virgin again).

Staff are excellent, very helpful but for me the problem is the changing rooms. Some very odd guys in there that hang around for no reason carrying bags and bags of stuff, not changing, not using the gym...just staring at the walls or sometimes just staring at me as I'm getting changed (and I'm not even that odd to look at...oh...maybe I am!!).

Anyway, hope they can take care of this and a lot of people from my company also comment and say it puts them off.

I can't quite understand the negative reviews that this gym has received in the past, which has motivated me to give my opinion.

I previously attended a very cheap gym in the area and I found that it was WAY oversubscribed, making peak times (5pm to 9pm) a nightmare. But I suppose you get what you pay for.

DW, on the other hand, is amazing. The gym has just been refurbished, offering brand new modern equipment (the cycle machines even have Youtube, so if your phone runs out of battery, you can use that instead).

The staff are really friendly and it's nice to have a reception area in comparison to my previous gym where you weren't even greeted. I also like the fact that it's slightly darker in the gym rather than a florescent lit room, which is great for my self-conscious side. Furthermore, I have found it to be very clean and used by serious gym-goers, rather than people just trying to flirt with the opposite sex.

Also, as I wanted to start swimming again, as well as going to the gym, I find this a financially suitable option. For £45 a month (although I have a corporate discount - so it cost's £40), which includes classes, swimming pool, Jacuzzi's and steam room, I find it very reasonable. You also get a discount on the sports store above.

Overall, I am very happy with this place and would recommend.

This includes exercise guides and supervised sessions which are varied and individual specific, and comprehensive nutritional guides to keep goals on track. There is a for nightly review of progress with a full formal review every month which includes client satisfaction with the training sessions and and readjustment needed to ensure goals are met. Everyone is different so everyone needs a plan for them specifically.

I hate to say it, but discipline and keeping the goal in mind. Your mind is the biggest barrier to achieving the body of your dreams, and having someone there when you want to sabotage your dream to intercept you is key! Being mobile, I can be flexible and take that tub of ice cream or third bar of chocolate away and discuss why you feel you want it! Emotional hungry is very different from physical hunger!

Seeing people achieve the goal they've wanted for so long but have never had the belief in themselves to succeed. My job is all about the facilitation of your dream and then giving you the skills to maintain it on your own, knowing I'll always be a phone call away if you need a session.

I have been a swimmer for 12 years and competed at a national leve, I also have been a water polo player and competed nationally for 11 years and accomplished many goals. This accumulation of knowledge and love of health inspired me to inspire others to take their health into their own hands and live the dream they've always wanted.

I'm a very honest, very positive person who only wants you to achieve your goals and will work with clients who are genuine about their motivation to getnto their goals.

I'd rather you invest in something that works rather than waste time and money!
