What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy meeting new clients and exploring with them what they'd like to change about their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be in control of my own destiny and do things they way I feel is best for my clients.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID I have moved between online (video) therapy and face to face therapy as the situation requires. My clients have told me that they appreciate this flexibility and it is something I intend to continue in future.
Counselling
I offer weekly counselling for adults 18 years and over.
I work with all sorts of people. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by life, feeling directionless, feeling low and depressed, or feeling anxious. Maybe you are feeling shocked by events in your life or feeling like you want to understand yourself better. Maybe you simply want to make a change.
