What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can use my personal and professional experience to help other individuals improve their well-being and have a better life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to get away from the 'tick-box' mentality and approach each individual based on their own, unique features to serve them to the best of my capabilities.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our sessions would imply teamwork. Therefore, clients should choose me if they think that we can work together towards achieving their targets. I will try my best to assist using all my experience and knowledge.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have always followed the GOV.UK guidelines as:
• Wear a face covering in most indoor public places and on public transport
• Work from home, if you can
• Let fresh air in if you meet indoors. Meeting outdoors is safer
• Get tested and self-isolate if required
