What do you love most about your job?
Supporting individuals develop in their own way and own time, but with a new perspective and determination.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Supporting my son through being bullied at school, I wanted to be a more supportive influence.
Advising ex-colleagues about their roles, I wanted to be better at providing a listening ear.
Hearing owners, directors and executives with common business challenges and not knowing how to progress, I wanted to provide benefit and value to get them unstuck.
Having travelled the world consulting as an IT Programme Director with a wealth of business exposure I had the opportunity to do something different and I found Coaching.
So, I trained, became accredited and set up Lateral Might 2.0 with the focus of working with Furloughed Employees, SME Business Owners, Career Driven Individuals and the Generation Z age group.

I have been providing online and remote coaching since 2017 as part of my coaching training and as part of my business. Meetings can be held via Google Meets, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Majority of clients are now remotely supported.
Face to Face clients are managed within the UK Government Guidelines.

Values Assessment
Lateral Might 2.0 have access to a 5-minute survey bot to assess core values to support the goal and target setting process. The Values Analysis assessment measures against nine core values.
Once the survey bot questions have been completed an individual report will be emailed identifying core values, motivators and de-motivators with opportunities and activities to develop each area.
