I’m on my 2nd week of Healing with Jayne and I’ve have spent thousands on therapy before but the way Jayne understands and takes her time to understand you after the sessions have finished has completely turned my life around. What do you love most about your job?
I love that I help people overcome whatever issue they may have, to see a client becoming more empowered or more elated because of my help brings joy to my soul.
I am proud and also happy that I have within me the power to help people in their problems as they may come to me at their lowest time in life and I feel joy for them when I help them come through the other side.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to do this business as I have had traumas in my life when I had no one to help support me. through my lifetime I have then started to,learn different techniques to help myself.
I have MS and because of this is suffer many issues up through my holistic approach and my treating of myself I have managed to have normal life. So I wanted to share this with others , I am a compassionate person and I felt my day job wasn't fitting in with my current holistic ,kind approach. So I have chosen to open a Healig Studio to help other people in need of support.
Why should our clients choose you?
I would like to think that because of my skill set and also life experience I can communicate well with everyone.
I'm pretty unshockable and I won't judge anyone who I help.
I am flexible in my approach and won't enforce my personal view on anyone The client is at the centre of all I do so I tailor each package or session to individuals so they feel the most benefit.
I am affordable and do make discounts if The person is on low income or in the service. I want to help people so it's not all about money with me it's also about being kind to other people. Someone most in need may not have funds but they may have something else to offer.
Every month I do a different free gift for my clients so they can have a bit of kind therapy at home.
In the past I have done therapy for a regular client who was out of work cleaner. So she cleaned my studio in return for therapy.
I feel privileged to be able to help people in their life journey and help them navigate through the peaks and troughs that life offers.
Hypnosis
I can help you by use of hypnosis to deal with many challenges. including but not exclusively - giving up smoking, losing weight, addressing problems.
This is a service I offer within the healing therapy to help clients overcome their anxiety or fear of something. Also it's useful to help conquer memories which maybe hindering you moving forward.
It's non invasive and I use this skill only when clients are completely at ease with me and my healing techniques. It is a gentle and calming feeling which you may not even remember happening , but it still works even if you don't recall the hypnosis.
Reiki Practice
THrough the use of Reiki one can benefit from relief from stress and anxiety , depression and other mindful challenges.
It also helps with pain such as arthritis and trauma . It helps the body's energy heal itself.
It can contribute to helping with all kinds of illnesses as a alternative and complimentary therapy.
Reiki is non in vasive and gentle IT can do no ham only good when done by a professional Reiki Master .
Indian Head Massage
THis technique has been used for centuries to relax and aid people who are stressed out or suffering from anxiety.
Using the technique I can use pressure points on your head and face to relieve headaches and congestion you may be suffering. This is a gentle non invasive technique.
