I can't comment on grass but I had building work done that was absolutely appalling. I had my drive extended which should of been concrete which turned out to be mainly sand. Happy to show pictures. I was messed around by Lance for weeks on end having losing money from taking time off work for him not to turn up. Having comments made to me like "it's concrete it won't kill you or I don't know what the problem is". The organisation wasn't great. The way the boys had to go about fixing it was shocking felt sorry for them. Granted the work is now done but after requesting my money back and saying I was making an official complaint funny that. I wouldn't normally do something like this but the way it was all done was not acceptable and extremely stressful. More...

We’ve just had our garden done by gorilla grass (if you wanted to call it a garden before full of mud) From the initial message to them coming out so quickly and starting work I was so pleased. Lance is great and the boys are fab! really asked us for everything we wanted and worked their butt's off. All aspects of their work is incredible. The final outcome is more than what I could have imagined. The garden looks bigger! I have never wanted to be in the garden and now you can't get me out of it and especially the children they love it and say its so 'softy'. Finally the complete job is incredible! We had the grass done with a stone border which looks beautiful and trellis on the back fence. Highly recommend. If your thinking about it just do it! Give them a message.
