Ideally I would prefer customer to use their own products. However, yes I do bring my own equipment but for an additional charge of £5 but I always ask my customers if they have any allergies or pets so that I am aware of what chemical products to use in their home.

Cleaning gives me a sense of accomplishment because there’s a beginning, a process, and a result. Also, being in a clean space can be both emotionally calming and uplifting for my clients, the physical activity of cleaning can relieve stress and be a bit of a workout and being uncluttered and in control of your environment is so important as it can be a subconscious reflection of how you want to be perceived by others – organized and in control.

I understand how important a clean environment can be for someone people, I started off ideally because I wanted to give a helping hand to people who struggled with their mobility and I knew that helping out with the cleaning was the least I could do to put a smile on their face. Working, having a family to look after and all the extra other things can take a toll and sometimes you just want to come home to a clean home, and thats where I help.

Not to be discriminating at all - but being only 19 years olds I'm always full of energy, some call me bubbly but serious but that is simply because I love what I do, I love engaging and communicating with people and I am always willing to go above and beyond for people. I don't mind doing the odd extra things here and there, like making a cup of tea for someone just before I leave, my customers are always my priority and as long they as satisfied thats my job well done.
